includes:
Airfare: Our price includes round trip coach airfare from Chicago O'Hare Airport nonstop to Dublin Airport and return.
Car: Also included in the trip price is a car in the Toyota Corolla class, manual transmission, for each two people. Car liability insurance, with collision damage waiver less deductible, is included in the trip price, as well. Experience has taught us that this size car is a good compromise between the need for space for two people, gear, and "purchases" made along the way and a vehicle small enough for ease of maneuvering on Irish roads. Manual transmission cars are the norm in Ireland. However, if a pair of trip participants desires, an added cost will be quoted on a larger car or one with an automatic transmission.
Lodging: Lodging for all nights in Ireland is included in the trip price as follows: While in County Donegal, we have lodging on the Breslin family farm near the Heritage Town of Ardara at our first class B&B. We also have lodging in our traditional thatched cottage. A full Irish breakfast is included with either lodging. On the last night of our holiday, we have reserved lodging at a first class hotel at the Dublin Airport. This allows those travelers who wish, to avoid driving into Dublin City Centre. They may turn in their rental car at the Dublin Airport after check-in and taxi into the City Centre for a last day and night of sightseeing and dining.
We
will book your airline flight for you, non-stop from
Chicago-O’Hare to Dublin. We prefer to fly the Irish national airline, Aer
Lingus.
If
you have a group of at least 6 people who want to fly from another US city,
we’ll book it that way for you.
If
you prefer flying business class, we’ll quote you that.
If
you prefer single occupancy lodging, we’ll quote you that.
Not
included are pub costs, other meals, trip insurance, and
off-itinerary travel.
